I had a wonderful stay in this apartment - everything was super clean and cleaned regularly. The location was very convenient, as it was only a 15-min walk from the Tiburstation, which gave me easy access to the rest of the city. The staff was helpful and provided me with great tips on where to go in the city. Although there was no parking on-site, there was ample space to park along the street.
Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the boulevard and only a short stroll away from the Tiburtina train station. Even though you are away from the downtown, everything is easily accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area to choose from, and a nice bakery next door with the best pizza. the rooms are spacious and clean, and exceptional in-room safes make it more secure.
The street noise may be a problem if you're a light sleeper, as the place is quite busy.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment and the ease of accessing the transportation services to explore the city. the location was convenient, as it was not far from shops and restaurants.
We were frustrated with the noise from the street during the night that kept us awake. the initial welcome was not as welcoming as we expected, and we had to wait a bit before an attendant arrived.

The location was fantastic, close to both the train and bus stations. We found loads of shops and restaurants in the area that were convenient for our stay. The room itself was very clean and tidy, which was a definite plus. We really appreciated the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start.
The noise level was very high which made it difficult to get a good sleep at night. We found the street noise to be particularly loud, which could be frustrating at times.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. Great location near metro station. Helpful staff provided city suggestions. Good pizzeria and shops downstairs.
